Andrew Thompson is a Non – Executive Director with a particular interest in health-related not-for-profit governance roles. He is a past Councillor of the WA Division of AICD and a member of the  AICD’s  National Corporate Governance  Committee. He has served on the boards of Child & Adolescent Health Service, the RFDS (WA Division), St John Ambulance (WA) and as President of the Western Australian Branches of AMPLA Limited and Petroleum Exploration Society, and as President of the Chamber of Commerce & Industry WA Inc. He was formerly a senior corporate & resources partner with Minter Ellison. He has over 40 years’ of business and commercial legal experience working for and advising, leading Australian and international companies.
